Munich/Stuttgart, September 4, 2023 – Mercedes-Benz Group AG’s CEO, Ola Källenius, unveiled a trailblazing future model family at the Mercedes-Benz Pavilion in Munich’s Apothekenhof, marking a pivotal moment in the age of electric and digital innovation. This concept car, the new Concept CLA Class, is set to redefine the brand’s vision by introducing cutting-edge technology, remarkable efficiency, stunning aesthetics, and sustainable materials, all underpinned by an entirely new operating system, MB.OS.
With its debut as the first vehicle on the new Mercedes-Benz Modular Architecture (MMA), the Concept CLA Class boasts an impressive range of over 750 kilometers (466 miles) (WLTP)1 on a single charge. MB.OS will create a fundamentally enhanced customer experience, from driving assistance and navigation to charging and on-board entertainment. Across the entire MMA fleet, we will reduce CO2 emissions in our value chain by more than 40 percent compared to the previous architecture.”
