CaltexGo initial launch in Klang Valley before gradual nationwide roll-out
Caltex has a new mobile app for customers in the Klang Valley. CaltexGo can be used to pay for fuel, collect and redeem Journey Card BPoints, look for the nearest service station and viewing electronic receipts. There is also the convenience of making contactless payments for fuel through the CaltexGo app. Register a payment card and Journey card in the app. At the station, launch the app, indicate the station, pump number and payment amount then fill the tank. Users can also check their BPoints and redeem them before making payment.
The initial roll-out for the CaltexGo app is within the Klang Valley but facilities will be available to customers throughout Malaysia by the first half of 2022.
App-exclusive benefits available for CaltexGo users include rebates and rewards. First-time users who pump a minimum of RM30 worth of fuel at Caltex will receive a RM5 cashback. They will also receive another RM5 cashback when they pump a minimum of RM30 on subsequent visits (capped at 2 times per user at RM10 cashback throughout the promo period ending 31 December 2021).
