Designed for both on-road and off-road enthusiasts, the versatile and rugged Ranger Max Explorer showcases modern retro-styling, promising a thrilling and adventurous riding experience.
Available in striking Sierra Yellow and Forest Green, the Ranger Max Explorer is priced at RM6,988 (excluding insurance and road tax) and comes with a two-year or 20,000km warranty. Its fuel-efficient 127cc engine, paired with a 4-speed dual-clutch transmission, delivers a powerful and smooth performance, supported by dual-piston front disc brakes and rear drum brakes for optimal stopping power.
The patented double T-bone frame provides a lightweight yet robust structure, ensuring exceptional stability and handling. Perfect for leisurely road trips and off-road exploration, the Ranger Max Explorer boasts features like high handlebars, a low seat height of 760mm, 180mm ground clearance, and strategically placed footpegs for maximum comfort.
According to Steven Lim, Group Managing Director, Aveta Malaysia, the Ranger Max Explorer responds to market demand following the success of the Ranger 110 moped, with over 10,000 units sold since its 2021 launch. Lim emphasizes Aveta’s shift towards unique lifestyle bikes, offering adventure and fun at affordable prices.
Aveta is committed to enhancing its sales and aftersales support network. The Aveta Care on Wheels programme, featuring a pick-up truck and three bikes, aims to attend to customers in Peninsular Malaysia. Collaboration with motorcycle workshops will establish 30 Aveta Authorised Service Corners nationwide by end-2024, with 10 spare parts stockists appointed for easy availability.
