Mitsubishi Triton Phantom Plus – limited edition, only 1000 units available

The Mitsubishi Triton Phantom Plus is now available in Malaysia. Only 1000 units is available in Jet Black Mica paintwork with special body kit and accessories including a decorative roof with LED lighting and red front and rear bumper accents.

The special accessories on the four-wheel drive truck include :

  • side door moulding
  • tailgate assist
  • Phantom tailgate moulding with rear spoiler
  • sports bar with matt finishing
  • 18-inch gloss black alloy wheels with Yokohama Geolander all-terrain tyres
  • “Phantom Plus” body decals

Inside, the seats have “Phantom Plus” stitched on to the head rests, red accented carpet mats and red illuminated ‘Triton’ kick plates. There is also a nine-inch touchscreen infotainment monitor with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and Driving Video Recorder (DVR). The accessories are by Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia authorised dealers.

The Phantom Plus has the same engine and gearbox as the other Triton trucks: 2.4-litres, 178bhp and 430Nm of torque.

Standard safety features include ABS, EDB, brake assist, active stability control, traction control, rest reminder, Hill Start Assist, Hill Descent Control and trailer stability assist.

The Mitsubishi Triton Phantom Plus edition is RM139,700 on-the-road, without insurance, with five year or 200,000km warranty The six other Mitsubishi Triton variants are available alongside the limited volume Phantom Plus edition:

The Mitsubishi Triton is one of Malaysia’s favourite pick-up trucks. For Financial Year 2021 (April 2021 to March 2022) Mitsubishi Motors sold 9420 units of the Triton which is a 24 per cent increase compared to the same period in the previous year.
