Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia has announced that it will pause operations of its dealerships and service centres, Roadside Assitance will still remain operational for owners.
Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has announced that it will also put a temporary halt to its operations. All authorised dealerships and service centres will be closed from the 18th – 31st of March 2020. VPCM’s Customer Care call centre is still on operation during this period on the toll-free number 1-800-18-8947.
Likewise, VPCM’s Roadside Assistance will remain on standby for owners. Owners can dial 1-800-88-2389 in the event of an emergency. Owners are also advised that if their respective service appointment falls during the Restricted Movement Order period, VPCM will still honour the warranty.
VPCM also urge customers to follow its social media platforms including its website and Volkswagen Cares mobile app for future updates from the company. VPCM also wishes all Malaysians to stay healthy and protected.
