As part of this milestone, Tesla Malaysia has partnered with EQ to offer exclusive privileges and luxury benefits to members of the Tesla Owners Club Malaysia. The newly installed Tesla Destination Charging station at Equatorial Plaza features three Destination Chargers located at Level LG1 of the basement parking. This addition enhances Tesla’s already extensive charging network in Malaysia, which currently includes 12 Supercharging stations with 56 Superchargers and 14 Destination Charging stations with 72 chargers nationwide. Tesla continues to invest in expanding its comprehensive charging infrastructure to meet the growing demand for electric vehicle (EV) solutions across the country.
To celebrate the launch, Tesla Malaysia and EQ will co-host a test-drive event from 17-20 October 2024 at the hotel. A pop-up showcase will be set up in the hotel lobby to display Tesla’s latest innovations and provide test-drive opportunities for Equatorial Plaza tenants, EQ hotel guests, and the public.
