Serdang, 9 May 2025 – Tesla is making waves at the Malaysia Autoshow 2025 with a bold display of sustainable innovation and future-ready technology at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS), from 9 to 15 May.
The highlight of Tesla’s showcase includes the arrival of the New Model Y, a crowd-puller that underscores the brand’s commitment to blending performance with eco-conscious engineering. Visitors can get up close with the Model Y’s rigid body structure, exposed in a frame display that emphasizes Tesla’s dedication to occupant safety through large crumple zones and reinforced battery architecture.
In a futuristic twist, attendees will also be welcomed by Optimus, the Tesla Bot, at the main entrance (Laman Tiba), showcasing Tesla’s latest developments in artificial intelligence and robotics.
But perhaps the biggest attraction of all is set for 12 May, when Tesla hosts Malaysia’s largest Tesla Lightshow at MAEPS Square. Over 200 Tesla vehicles will be choreographed in a synchronized display of lights and music, forming a glowing Tesla logo—a visual tribute to the electric mobility revolution. The event is poised to break previous records and capture the imagination of EV enthusiasts nationwide.
“Tesla’s presence at the Autoshow reflects not only our technological leadership but also our ongoing mission to build a sustainable future through clean energy and innovation,” said a Tesla Malaysia representative.
Those eager to explore Tesla’s innovations can also visit its Experience Centres located in Cyberjaya, Pavilion Damansara Heights, Penang (Gurney Plaza), and Johor, or drop by any of Tesla’s Service Centres across Malaysia.
