SDAC’s Ford 3S centre in Kota Kinabalu upgraded for a better customer experience

Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC) had upgraded its Ford showroom and service centre in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, to enhance its sales and services. The 3,216 square-metre facility is designed in accordance with Ford’s global [email protected] standards and is part of Ford and SDAC’s network expansion and customer service enhancement plan.

Commenting on the improved facility, said Syed Ahmad Muzri bin Syed Faiz, Managing Director of SDAC, said: “Sime Darby Auto Connexion (Kota Kinabalu) is designed to offer an unmatched customer experience, with convenience, efficiency and comfort. With this upgraded facility, we aim to offer the very best sales and aftersales services to better serve growing number of Ford customers in East Malaysia.”

Besides a spacious showroom for display of the latest Ford models, there is a fully-equipped service centre with 13 service bays (6 more than before). The facility also has a dedicated lounge with complimentary wifi, beverages and snacks for customers who are waiting for their vehicles to be serviced.

Staffed by certified technicians, the service centre is equipped with diagnostic equipment and special tools to provide Ford Authorised Service. There is also a full supply of genuine spare parts.
