Special Edition Red Ford Ranger exclusively for Malaysia
The Ford Ranger Raptor X is now available in red. The special edition of the performance pick-up truck is exclusive to the Malaysia market.
The new red Ford Ranger Raptor X Special Edition comes with a 360-degree camera as standard. There is also a dual channel Kenwood Digital Video Recorder (DVR) that offers Quad high-definition (HD) recording, wide-angle viewing, night view recording, a built-in polarised filter and Mobile App connect via hotspot. Compatible with both Apple iOS and Android, it also comes with a 32GB memory card.
The Raptor engine produces 210bhp and 500Nm of torque. The transmission is a 10-speed automatic. The performance suspension features Fox Racing Shox and there is a Terrain Management System with six pre-set driving modes which includes a Baja Mode. Named after the Baja 1000 Desert Race, this optimises the Ranger Raptor for high-speed off-roading.
The latest smart and safety features in the Raptor include
- Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) with Vehicle and Pedestrian Detection
- Forward Collision Warning
- Lane Departure Warning and Assist
The Ford Ranger Raptor has a five-star NCAP rating. There is a new five-year manufacturer’s warranty or 160,000km (whichever comes first) for Year Make 2021 Ranger model onwards.
